Beta programme terms

1. What the beta programme is. Rabi Auto invites some riders to receive an early release of a product before general release. The programme is currently for RabiDash BM Lite only (BMW with the 10.25-inch display, Android phone), to give feedback and help it work on more bikes. Joining is free and voluntary.

2. Joining. Apply through your Rabi account on rabiauto.com or with /beta on the Rabi Auto Discord. Rabi Auto approves each applicant by bike, device and the places in each wave; applying does not guarantee a place. Once approved you receive an email and the download link appears in your account.

3. Account and devices. Beta access belongs to your account and works on up to the number of devices shown on the programme page (2 by default). Do not share your account or the installation file. The app confirms your account when first opened.

4. Beta releases. A beta release may contain faults, may change or drop features, and Rabi Auto may stop a given version (for example after a serious fault, or when the bike’s instrument cluster is updated). The app will then ask you to update.

5. Riding safely. Operate only when stopped. Always obey traffic law. Never let the product distract you from riding. If the bike or its cluster behaves unusually, stop using the product and tell Rabi Auto.

6. Usage data. By joining you agree that the app sends Rabi Auto usage data: app version, bike model, whether it connected to the cluster, session length, and crash reports. The app does not send your location, contacts, messages, photos or any other content of your phone. Details: the Privacy page.

7. Feedback. Feedback, fault reports and ideas you send (in the app, by email or on Discord) may be used by Rabi Auto to improve its products with no obligation to pay.

8. Sharing photos and videos. You may post photos, videos and opinions of the beta on social media. Please say it is a beta.

9. Donations. You may support Rabi Auto with an amount of your choice. Donations are voluntary, unlock no features and are not refunded; supporters may receive a thank-you badge in the app and on Discord.

10. Ending. You can leave the programme at any time from your account. Rabi Auto may end your beta access if these terms are broken (for example by sharing an account or the installation file) or when the programme ends.

11. Liability. Beta releases are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Rabi Auto is not liable for indirect loss arising from their use. Nothing here removes rights consumer-protection law gives you.

12. Changes. When these terms change, Rabi Auto tells you in your account and by email before they apply.
